Session One: Checklist

This first session focuses on who you are, who you coach, why you coach, and how to create a positive coaching environment.

We'll also look at the impact of ages and stages - how your athletes’ developmental needs influence the way you communicate, build relationships, and design sessions.

It’s all about building a practical coaching checklist to help you coach with confidence, clarity, and purpose.
