Session One: Skill Aquisition

In our first Level 2 Coach Development Series session, we unpack how athletes develop skill most effectively through purposeful, game-representative practice guided by the constraints-led approach, as conceptualized by Karl Newell. In this framework, performance emerges from the dynamic interaction of individual, task, and environmental constraints.
