This 90-minute, hands-on workshop is designed to help dads reconnect with their bodies, restore spinal movement, and rebuild a strong, functional core that supports everyday life.
Who this is for
This workshop is for dads who:
- Feel stiff, tight, or sore (especially through the back, hips, or neck)
- Sit a lot for work and feel “locked up”
- Want to move with confidence again
- Want to keep up with their kids without hesitation
- Want better performance in sport, training, and life
No experience needed. No ego. Just practical tools that work.
What we’ll cover
Freeing up your spine
Learn simple mobility exercises to restore movement, reduce aches and pains, and take pressure off your lower back.
Deep core activation
We’ll focus on switching on and strengthening the muscles that stabilise your spine and pelvis, not just surface “abs”.
Strength, power, and confidence
Build a body that feels capable again… whether that’s lifting your kids, training in the gym, or simply enjoying a walk in the bush.
Better rotation and performance
Improved spinal movement and core control means better efficiency for things like your golf swing, running, and day-to-day movement.
Everything in this session is practical, repeatable, and designed to slot easily into real life.
