DataPay Learning by Datacom Payroll is an educational series designed to upskill you in the use of DataPay. The training will help you get more out of DataPay by increasing the efficiency of how you use DataPay, improving and enhancing your payroll processes.

• Adding New Employees -, Employee groups/Employee Components
• Company User set up for ESS/Direct Access
• Employee Changes – Updating employee information.
• Creating New Employee Groups and Work Patterns
• Timesheets – Creating, generating, and importing timesheets (from excel or within DataPay ESS/Direct Access)
• Termination pays – Termination process and checking final pay calculations.
• Reminders
• Reviewing Leave entitlements – Leave screens and Leave history report.
• Processing a pay run – Creating main runs, manual runs, importing and editing leave requests, checking pay packets, modifying pay packets/ generating reports, checking authorisation and final report distributions
• Trouble Shooting ‘Red Pay Packets’
• Standard Reports – Review of standard payroll reports
