Form in Flow - Yoga
Form in Flow: Alignment principles to refine foundational postures, improve hip stability, and build a stronger, smarter vinyasa practice.
Alignment Principles for a Stronger, Smarter Vinyasa Practice
What if your vinyasa felt stronger, lighter, and more purposeful, simply because you understood why you move the way you move?
Form in Flow is a practical, empowering workshop where we deconstruct key postures, especially foundational shapes like the Warrior series, to deepen your understanding and refine your practice from the ground up. We’ll explore alignment principles, hip mechanics, knee tracking, breath, bandhas and gaze, so you can move with clarity and confidence.
This is not just another flow. It’s where we pause, explore, question, and rebuild.
Expect practical drills, common mistake corrections, and simple tools you can immediately apply to progress your practice safely and intelligently.
Less guessing. More understanding. Stronger flow.
Meet the Facilitators
Teresa Harris
With over 20 years of dedicated practice, Teresa has developed a deep and evolving relationship with yoga. Through multiple trainings and continued study, she has expanded her understanding of asana, alignment, anatomy, and philosophy, always curious about why we move the way we move.
Inspired by influential teachers along her path, she sees alignment not as perfection, but as purposeful positioning that supports strength, longevity, and awareness. Yoga has shaped her growth far beyond the physical, fostering resilience, humility, and a deeper connection to herself.
She continues to study, practice, and share from a place of experience and lifelong learning.
Fanny Mattsson
With 15 years of dedicated practice, Fanny has cultivated a curious and committed relationship with movement. She loves exploring strength, softness, balance, and breath, and has completed multiple trainings to deepen her understanding of yoga and the body.
With a natural interest in anatomy, shaped by her professional background, she is fascinated by how alignment, stability, and joint mechanics support both strength and longevity. Beyond the physical, yoga has become a grounding force in her life, deepening her understanding of the mind-body connection and shaping the way she lives and teaches.
