Event description

Description

The impact of COVID-19 across all sectors in New Zealand and the world has been unprecedented and through this we all want to look after our health and wellbeing, families and those close to us. There's no doubt that the rapidly moving pieces in ones personal and professional life have been hard to juggle over the last few months and will continue to be so as we navigate a 'new normal'. Through these changes, it's important to reflect on where we now are and where we want to be.

Learn how you can navigate your new normal by connecting in with like-minded people to develop yourself as a leader in a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) world and put in place frameworks that focus on smashing big goals of yours out of the park! Be ready for what the future may hold by immersing yourself in this experience to take the next leap in your career and become a better and more resilient version of yourself both in your personal and professional life.

Developed as an alternative to the bespoke leadership programme that JumpShift offers partner organisations, you'll have the opportunity to focus on personal growth, build confidence and resilience and overcome self-doubt all while in the presence of other individuals who are on the same journey.

Stay accountable to your personal development plan with regular check in's during your journey on the Future Fit Leadership programme.

The programme includes:

  • A full-day workshop

  • Half-day mid point virtual accelerator session

  • Access to up to two one on one virtual coaching sessions (1hour)

  • Five (monthly) virtual group share and reflect sessions

  • Access to five modules on the Adeption e-learning platform to help you cement your learnings

  • A celebration event to bring it all together

  • Additionally you will remain connected in a learning community via Adeption.

Key Benefits:

  • A new understanding of your leadership capabilities, strengths and blindspots

  • Identified opportunities to work smarter and better post COVID-19

  • Life goals set with accountability in place

  • Build confidence and overcome self-doubt

  • An action plan based on learned insights

  • A new professional community to support you in your evolution
