Grounding MeditationA guided grounding meditation that invites you to connect with yourself alongside others and encourages you to plant your feet on the ground within.Developing a strong core happens at both physical and wellbeing gyms - bring yours along to find and develop its foundations, explore your strong roots and allow space to grow gently.What you need for this session:You&#x27;re welcome to arrive however you are!We have everything you need here set up so you can just arrive and meditate. Heating, tea, cushions and bolsters to sit on if you wish.
