About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour

In early 2026, Growing Up in New Zealand will begin its 17-Year Data Collection Wave (DCW).

This engagement with over 6,000 cohort families will gather new insights into the lives of young people and their caregivers as they approach age 17, building on data collected since 2008.

We are currently planning the content of this wave and invite your input on key policy priorities. A series of workshops will be held to guide the selection of constructs and measures. Each session will include a short presentation from lead researchers, followed by open discussion.

Please register for the workshops most relevant to your interests — we look forward to your participation.
