This is a professional development hui for the ECE sector in Central Otago. This hui is funded by the Ministry of Education and will give you the opportunity to focus on creating the conditions for positive behaviour in your centre and to support updated models of practice. You will hear from speakers on:

· Trauma informed practice

· Mindfulness

· Sensory environments

· Zones of regulation

A highlight will be the presence of Jason Te Patu of M3 Mindfulness for Children – Jason visiting from Wellington, will present and run a workshop on his work bringing together te ao Māori and mindfulness with tamariki.
