CUBA is the most popular sports and social club on campus. We bring together people who have a passion for all things boardsports to create the biggest and best events on campus with our RIDE, PARTY, REPEAT attitude. We believe UC is unique with its access to some of the greatest surfing, skiing/snowboarding, skating and wakeboarding for uni students anywhere in the world. It's our goal to get everyone involved, whether you're a first timer, pro or just looking to party. We'd love to have you on board, it'll be one of your best experiences at UC!

St Clair Beach

These tickets are for those in Christchurch who are coming down to Dunedin.
Hello guys and gals of planet earth! Welcome to our first old school, surf core event held in Dunedin. Snaking is encouraged, paddle battles essential, and wrap around sunnies mandatory. We have a range of activities surrounding the main comp with plenty of epic prizes to be won thanks to RedBull, Kelly Slaters forehead and some other HUGE sponsors in the pipeline. Even if the waves aren’t cooking, the free snags and good tunes definitely will be.
Open to all skill levels, with several spectator prizes up for grabs. So come along and hang out even if a surfboard isn’t your first weapon of choice!
After Party:We have a live band and some absolutely stinking hot dj’s on tap for the ensuing nights festivities. We do ask that you bring two pairs of dancing shoes, should your first pair blow out. Location released night before… keep your sunburnt eyeballs peeled.
Tickets:
Tickets all-inclusive food, transport and accommodation for $25 (members) or $30 (non-members) – an absolute steal! Only 20 available so get in quick! Dropping tomorrow night at 5pm.
Leave Christchurch Friday arvo from foundry carpark time TBC return Sunday.
Accommodation: Air bnb organised for Friday and Saturday nights out at St Clair (walking distance to beach and to the after party on Sat night)
Dinner and brekkie will be prepared by our travelling master chefs.
