Information Session Webinar : Transitioning to C-Suite – Enterprise Leadership Programme

Join us on 11 June 2026 from 1:00-2:00pm for an engaging session exploring what it means to think and lead at C-Suite level, and how the Transitioning to C-Suite programme supports senior leaders preparing for broader enterprise leadership responsibilities.

Whether you are stepping into an executive role, already operating at senior leadership level, or considering the next stage of your leadership journey, this session offers an opportunity to explore the realities of executive leadership through practical insight, reflection, and conversation.

Designed for experienced senior leaders, this programme supports the transition from functional or operational leadership into broader enterprise-wide responsibility. Participants explore the mindset, judgement, strategic thinking, and influence required to lead across complex organisations and systems.

Delivered through three in-person modules, supported by online learning and executive peer coaching, the programme creates space for leaders to reflect, challenge perspectives, and strengthen their executive capability alongside peers from across New Zealand’s public and private sectors.

The session will also provide an opportunity to hear more about:

Format: Three two-day in-person modules with online learning and executive peer coaching
Fee: NZD $15,000 + GST - Subsidised rate for eligible public sector and not-for-profit organisations: $12,500 + GST
