She is an experienced clinician, executive and director in healthcare and commercial industries. Her areas of expertise include health, health promotion & wellbeing, organisational wellbeing & safety, governance, education, clinical information systems, risk management, supporting and optimising staff, occupational illness and injury, and emergency management.Alexandra believes in protecting the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health and well-being of medical professionals as outlined in the editorial in the New Zealand Medical Journal in 2019 on physician health & well-being.Rachel King (B.E. Hons)Rachel is a New Zealand based Executive coach, coaching and consulting individuals, leaders and teams using the Enneagram as a tool for sustainable change and transformation. She holds an honours degree in Civil Engineering (BE Hons) and worked as an engineer in New Zealand and overseas. She now brings this extensive knowledge of systems and problem solving, and her practical corporate experience, into the coaching sphere in her work with individuals, leaders and teams. Introduction to the Enneagram is a 2-hour workshop, where Enneagram coach Rachel King will walk you through the nine personality types; the strengths, challenges, blindspots and motivations of each of the nine types. You'll have a chance to ask questions, and meet other Enneagram enthusiasts and those new to the Enneagram. The Enneagram is a powerful and profound tool for self-discovery and transformation. It helps us get to the heart of who we really are so we can become the best, healthiest version of ourselves. Combining ancient widsom with modern psychology and neuroscience, the Enneagram system identifies and describes the nine personality types, which relate to the nine different ways we see the world, and the unconscious motivations and automatic habits that govern how we think, feel and act.
