About this Event
The Trusts Act 2019 comes into effect on 30 January 2021. The new Act will have a significant impact on the governance and investing assets of all trusts in New Zealand. Family trusts, charitable trusts and trusts for the benefit of iwi, hapū and whānau will all be affected.
