It is in large-scale organisations that he sees the glaring gap between what industry believes is essential, and what he sees as a deeper, personal mindset that harnesses an individual’s self and strengths.<a href="https://www.leadershipnz.co.nz/anya-satyanand" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Anya Satyanand</a> is CEO of <a href="https://www.leadershipnz.co.nz/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Leadership NZ</a>. Over the last 20 years, her work has focused on creating conditions for hope. She has served education and purpose organisations to catalyse young people’s active participation as citizens and changemakers. Most recently, as inaugural CEO of The Prince’s Trust New Zealand, she led the establishment of an innovative organisation that honours Te Tiriti o Waitangi, supporting young people to lead in the spheres of anti-racism and entrepreneurship. Anya is a tauiwi New Zealander, whose family story connects through Aotearoa across the Pacific to India, and Scotland, France and Australia.
