Each “Liberating Structure” introduces tiny shifts in the way we meet, plan, decide and relate to one another – and these tiny shifts (or microstructures) are deceptively easy-to-learn and straightforward! During the workshop, we will introduce new Liberating Structures created since Keith McCandless and Henri Lipmanowicz published their book “The Surprising Power of Liberating Structures: Simple Rules to Unleash A Culture of Innovation”.</p><p><strong>Liberating Structures </strong>are an adaptive practice based on complexity science</p><p>Grounded in complexity science, Liberating Structures help you address some of the most challenging aspects of working in groups and organisations to move you away from change as an event to change as an adaptive practice.
