Come along to a hands-on masterclass and learn how to pickle pickles and hear the story of Joe and Bob McClure of McClure's Pickles

Hosted by Joe McClure of McClure’s Pickles, you and hear the inspirational story of a family recipe turned multimillion-dollar business.Now the brothers, Joe and Bob, make 1.5 million jars of hand-picked pickles every year from a converted former Ford Axle Factory in Detroit. Each attendee will have the opportunity to pickle their own jar of pickles and the masterclass will cover:<ul><li>What’s a pickle? </li><li>Gherkin vs pickle </li><li>The basics of pickling</li><li>What can you pickle?</li><li>What makes it special?</li><li>What you can do with the brine? </li><li>Q &amp; A session</li></ul>This is a hands on event and light food and refreshments will be included.You will also get a jar of pickles to take away as well as a jar of McClure’s Bread &amp; Butter pickles and a selection of McClure’s recipes.
