Hot flushes, restless sleep, mood changes, vaginal dryness, weight shifts, and gut health concerns are all common — yet many women feel unsupported, unsure, or left to “just get on with it.”


This workshop is designed to change that.

Join Gail Rothstein, Women's Health Coach, and Paula Sharp, Nutritional Therapist, for an evening of practical strategies, clinical insights, and nutritional tools to help you navigate perimenopause and menopause with confidence.
