Mindfulness 101 - A Foundation Course

The Awareness Academy runs Mindfulness courses to raise awareness, primarily for businesses and the education sector. The programs combine modern psychology and neuroscience with ancient mindfulness techniques to help bring happiness and connection with others. These evidence based practices also help participants to be more focused and creative, and less stressed in the workplace.

Mindfulness 101 - A Foundation Course - Tues 4th Feb to Tues 3rd March

In this foundation course you will learn the principle practices of Mindfulness coupled with an understanding of how the mind and emotions operate.This is course is led by the founder of the Awareness Academy, and the program delivers evidence based practices that combine traditional mindfulness techniques with the latest in research in modern psychology and neuroscience. By learning these five profound Mindfulness techniques you will understand how happiness can be cultivated which in turn leads to less stress, less anxiety, and more motivation and focus.
