~ Interoceptive embodiment practices
~ Vagal toning and somatic techniques to support recovery from stress.
Together, we’ll rewire old stress patterns, build inner resilience, and expand your capacity to bounce back with more ease and clarity.
This practice is especially supportive if you’re experiencing:

• Difficulty switching off or winding down
