NUTRITION: The joy of just one. Eating mindfully

About this event

    • Are you fed up of dieting and not getting the results you deserve?
    • Are you confused by all of the different conflicting diets?
    • Can you never stop at just one [insert favourite treat food here]?
    • Do you dream of a life where no food is off limit, where you can eat whatever, not feel guilty and still feel and look great?

Most diets and food challenges are usually all about what you can’t eat. They create the evil restrict-crave-binge cycle that only makes you feel worse and adds on kilos. What if I told you, you could kick the diets to the curb FOREVER and transform your body and your relationship with food by simply changing HOW you ate? That’s right, you can have your cake and eat it too without any guilt.

Come along to this session where I share the joys of just one through mindfulness-based eating. Mindfulness-based eating is a simpler and easier alternative to dieting. Forget worrying about what to eat, when to eat and how much to eat, instead just focus on eating slowly and mindfully. The results are immediate. In this workshop, we’ll actually eat mindfully together so you’ll put what you learn immediately into action. Say no to diets and yes to living fully.
