About this event
Nutrition is extremely complicated, yet very simple.
Learn the how nutrition can be immensely beneficial to your training regime when it comes to performance, recovery, and longevity your chosen sport and exercise. This seminar is about education and there is no underlying sales pitch of supplements or a book avaliable after.
In this 2h interactive workshop, we will be:
- Understanding energy systems, and how they can change
- Developing nutrition strategies that are individual to you
- Creating meal outlines
- Implementing monitoring tools for you to use and continue to grow.
It is important to acknowledge that we are not robots. We are giving you the starting point, and the tools, to go away and create the nutrition strategy that works for you.

This workshop will be facilitated by Performance Dietitian, Conrad Goodhew, who has experience working with professional athletes (from rugby to multi-sport) right through to weekend warriors who want to complete their first half marathon. Through his education and experience in this field, he is taking this workshop that is more than a stand and talk.
This seminar is perfect who is a professional or 'everyday' athlete.
