As part of this year’s Wellington Heritage Festival, the grounds of Old St Paul’s will be transformed into a vibrant marketplace filled with handpicked stalls offering treasures and treats you won’t find anywhere else. Explore lovingly crafted leather goods, upcycled garments, wellness creations, handmade chocolates, collectibles and curiosities, dyed wool, children’s accessories and clothing, fine embroidery, jams and preserves, artisan breads and baked goods, Christmas decorations, candles, and so much more.
But it’s not just shopping – this is a day steeped in atmosphere. The lawn and forecourt will come alive with heritage-themed games and activities, alongside captivating live demonstrations from the Wellington Embroiderers’ Guild and the Wellington Combined Society of Bellringers.
With its central location just minutes from the Railway Station and bus hub – and plenty of on-street parking – this is your chance to enjoy a heritage day out that’s easy to get to, and unforgettable once you arrive.
