This  workshop aims to get you started with writing your own scripts for data analysis.

<p>This is a full day Online workshop prepared for researchers in New Zealand starting at 9:30am and finishing at 4:30pm. The workshop will focus on an introduction to bash scripting and then move to using job schedular (slurm) for your HPC data analysis scripts. </p><p>This is a hands on workshop therefore you need to have a laptop/desktop that has a working browser for connecting to jupyter and audio/camera for zoom session.</p>
