Slow down and connect with yourself to build deeper levels of self-awareness, clarity and confidence.

About this event

How often to do you create space to pause?

Can you sit with yourself free from distraction?

Pause is a 4-Week online series designed to support you to slow down and connect with yourself so you feel lighter, expanded and empowered to live life fully.

Each week we will cover a different topic to support you to build the foundations needed to move through your life with more confidence in who you are and how you show up in the world.

Week 1: Letting Go

Week 2: Trust

Week 3: Compassion

Week 4: Self-worth

We will be exploring these topics through a combination of breathwork, meditation and somatic work coupled with powerful questions to prompt deeper levels of self-inquiry.

Classes go for 45mins and will be held online via Zoom. Classes start at 7:00pm and end at 7:45pm.

You can join one class, or all four. It's up to you! If you would like to purchase a ticket to all four classes, please send me an email at rawinia@rawiniajudson.com and I will organise it directly on my end.
