Come along for an educational, explorative and immersive evening with Kelly from Seleno Health. Gather with Kelly Smith from Conscious Collab., who is a Ceremonial Cacao Facilitator and Somatic Yin Yoga Facilitator from Mount Maunganui . Kelly is part of the Seleno Health whānau as the Brand and Culture Ambassador for the BOP Region. An educational, explorative and immersive evening where we will dive into all things cacao and maca including the what, where, how and why of cacao and maca and the rich culture, history and ancient traditions of both. We will explore the Seleno Health ceremonial cacao and maca which both wonderfully blend science with culture and spirituality and how these sacred medicinal plants can support us both physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.
