Join producer Zoë Venter for a crash course in producing for contemporary dance. The course will cover all the basics you need to start producing work - an essential opportunity if you are looking at putting on a show, applying for funding or making a piece for presentation or development in 2026.

· Marketing essentials
· Letters of agreement
· Financial processes
We will also have time for questions and answers along the way.
Zoë Venter is a dance and theatre producer, based in Tāmaki Makaurau. She has been producing for over 10 years and is passionate about supporting the independent dance sector by raising the profile of artists through this work. As well as producing for many contemporary dance artists in Aotearoa, she has worked as the Creative Producer for Tempo Dance Festival, General Manager for Footnote New Zealand Dance, and is now the General Manager of Red Leap Theatre. Zoë is really excited to share her love of producing through these workshops with Wellesley Studios.
