Believe it or not you are resilient! Even if you don&#x27;t feel it sometimes. If you think keeping on top of your resilience muscle is important then this workshop is for you. Here is the opportunity to hang out with a psychologist for the day and talk and do everything resilience. This workshop will be super practical, fun and will leave you feeling motivated and inspired to take on those curve balls that life likes to throw at us at times.
