What attire is best for this event?

Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move in easily, like yoga wear, leggings, or track pants. Layers are a great idea (a cozy jumper or wrap) to ensure you stay comfortable and warm throughout the afternoon, especially during the guided visualisations.

I'm a complete beginner at yoga and have never been to a wellness workshop. Is this for me?

Absolutely! This workshop is designed for all levels. The movement portion is a gentle, nourishing flow focused on connecting with your body, not achieving perfect poses. No prior experience in yoga is necessary at all. Come with an open mind and a willing heart.

I might be coming alone. Will I feel comfortable?

Many women attend on their own. This is a warm, welcoming and safe space designed for you to go at your own pace. While there is a beautiful sense of community, the focus is on your personal, internal journey. You can participate as much or as little as feels right for you.

Will I have to share personal or emotional stories with the group?

Sharing is always optional. While there may be moments for quiet journaling or self reflection, you will never be put on the spot or pressured to share anything you're not comfortable with. Your experience is your own and your privacy will be completely respected.

Is there parking available?

Yes, there is on-street parking available near the venue. We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early to find a spot and settle into the space without rushing.
