Sleep Well: a Masterclass for Real Rest
A holistic sleep masterclass covering natural ways to fall asleep faster, stay asleep, and build simple, restorative nightly routines
Sleep Well: a Masterclass for Real Rest
Do you find yourself lying awake at night, struggling to fall asleep, waking in the early hours, or feeling like your body just won’t switch off?
All natural and holistic, this masterclass is designed to guide you back into deep, restorative sleep, without overwhelming or drastic lifestyle changes.
We’ll explore the foundations of sleep onset (falling asleep) and sleep maintenance (staying asleep), helping you understand what’s happening in your body and why sleep may not be coming easily right now.
If you’ve ever found yourself mentally reorganising your entire life at 2am, this is for you.
Together, we’ll cover:
- Why your body isn’t switching off and how to support it naturally
- How to fall asleep faster, stay asleep longer, and wake feeling truly rested
- The role of the nervous system in sleep, and how to regulate it
- Supportive tools such as essential oils, natural supplements, and gentle lifestyle shifts
- Simple, realistic evening rituals you can begin straight away, no full life overhaul required
Come with your questions and make the most of this opportunity to learn from Buffy while she’s in Wellington!
A wholesome plant-based dinner and dessert is included in your ticket too! A chance to connect and keep the conversation going.
