Join Charmaine McGregor from Charmaine McGregor Healing and Angela Frewer from Inside Out Healing to learn and experience the different ways you can move into 2020 with less stress and more awareness.

Learn how to create a daily practice and experience different wellbeing tools and techniques that you can incorporate into your daily life so you can experience more ease and grace in your day.

Charmaine’s background and qualifications cover all aspects of holistic health and wellbeing. Charmaine is a qualified Reiki Practitioner and an Intuitive Life and Wellness Coach, meaning she helps people move from stress, overwhelm and fear and into bliss, joy and health. Charmaine started her journey in the fitness and health industry over 16 years ago as a personal trainer and wellness coach. After working with clients from all walks of life, it became abundantly clear to Charmaine, that while exercise was an awesome trigger for change and transformation, it was not the only aspect that needed to be looked at for a person to achieve their true potential. The inner work was where the true transformation could begin and so Charmaine trained in the areas of Reiki and Intuitive Coaching. Charmaine provides services and events that focus on helping people learn how to balance their own physical, mental, spiritual and emotional wellbeing. Charmaine works with clients one on one who are looking for holistic and sustainable tools and strategies to help create lasting change for their mind, body and soul through either reiki, intuitive life coaching or wellness coaching. Charmaine regularly collaborates with other like-minded souls for workshops and retreats too.

Angela is a Self- Healing and Emotion Coach at Inside Out Healing and loves nothing more than to empower people on their healing journey, teaching them tools and giving them guidance on how they can heal themselves. Because, as Angela learnt on her own life-changing 17 year healing journey which left her bed bound for weeks and sometimes months on end with numerous symptoms, we are not powerless and there is so much we can do to heal our bodies. Angela works with clients on a holistic level, teaching them how to minimise stressors (mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, relational, occupational etc) and bring balance back to their lives so that they can heal. Angela is extremely passionate about emotional release, and knows from personal experience only too well the impact that heavy and toxic emotions cause within the body. Unprocessed emotions, trauma and negative experiences really are the cause of so much illness, pain and chronic health conditions that we see today. Angela has been fortunate enough to learn a number of emotion and trauma release tools over the years which have helped her and so many of her clients to heal and become more emotionally resilient. Angela also runs a number of empowering workshops including the popular ‘Heal Yourself Series’, and this year will be creating new workshops to help people overcome a number of different issues.
