CASE STUDY INFO:

Strategic Management by Dr Grigorij Ljubownikow

In this Taster session, we will focus on Strategic Management. We will first explore what competitive strategy is (e.g., generic competitive positions and competitive dynamics). We will then use a group base case study discussion to analyse competitive interactions. As such, the taster will allow you to gain some insights into the content covered and the teaching methods used in the course and programme.

Digital Marketing by Inna Piven

In this Taster session, we will focus on Social Media Marketing. The objective is to be able to identify effective content strategies for social media. We will start with a mini lecture on how to identify effective content strategies ideas using available consumer data and industry insights/tools. We will then use a group base case study discussion to list the social media channels that suit the given organisation best, and draft five ideas for your content strategy targeting a primary buyer persona of the given organisation.
