About this event

The Ministry of Education and ImpactED invite you to a Zoom webinar: Using feedback in an Assessment for Learning approach, presented by Arnika Macphail and Keryn Hooker, ImpactED.

This webinar will provide an overview of the key research that underpins an assessment for learning approach. With some examples of implementation in schools.

You will come away with

  • An understanding of the research behind assessment for learning (AfL)
  • Examples of AfL in action
  • A range of different ways to share feedback with your learners.

These sessions will be relevant to teachers, leaders, principals, tumuaki, kaiako, PLD Leads, PLD facilitators, PLD provider organisations, and regional office Ministry staff.

Please register for this event by clicking the "Register" button above. There are 100 spaces available for this session.

A Zoom invite will be sent to all attendees the day before the webinar, so if you have registered, we encourage you to block out the time in your calendar until the Zoom is sent to you.

This webinar will be repeated on Monday 21 June 2021, 4:00 - 5:00pm. You only need to register for one of the two sessions.
