Come together with other local women to share, connect, and feel empowered.

If you've never been to a women's circle before, why not indulge your curiosity? There is a wonderful magic that happens when we come together, with full permission to simply be ourselves.

Depending on what comes up on the day, I'll guide you through some simple somatic exercises or visualisations to ground our emotional well-being.

Other than that ... this is your space – to express from the heart in a safe space, and feel seen in a way that is so very rare in our busy modern world.

Leave the circle feeling more connected, centered, and at peace. A beautiful Sunday reset to end your week on a high.
