Participants learn core workforce planning principles and work step by step through a tailored workbook designed for their own business. They identify future capability needs, assess critical roles, and plan for scenarios such as workforce reductions or growth.
The workshop blends theory with practical exercises so participants leave with a clear, actionable workforce plan aligned to their strategy and operating environment.
