Workshop: Introduction to Intaglio - Drypoint Etching

Learn the process and explore some possibilities of intaglio printmaking with artist and tutor MB Stoneman.

In this two-hour crash course, participants will see some examples of intaglio prints and create drypoint plates to print etchings on the traditional printing press, using waterbased inks and Fabriano papers.

You will leave the workshop with new knowledge and skills, plates and etchings. Bring an apron and your sketchbook. All materials and equipment provided within registration cost.

Limited to 8 participants.

Pre-registration is essential and closes Wednesday 9th March at 5pm.
