Heart diseases are some of the most common and fearsome diseases of modern civilization. Therefore it is important to think about what supports the functioning of healthy heart, and what can make the heart sick.
Like every other muscle in our body, the heart muscle needs regular exercise in order to maintain its streng. On the other hand it needs sufficient relaxation in order not be overloaded. The System of Yoga in Daily Life offers an effective program to stimulate suitable cardiovascular activity. The movements promote circulation, deepen breathing, harmonize muscle tension and stimulate the cardiovascular system. Usually we only think of the heart when it is not functioning properly. Therefore, a dipping program that includes relaxation, breathing and body movements is particularly well suited for keeping the heart healthy.

You will also learn some basic tips about nourishment to support a healthy heart and vascular system.
