Welcome to yet another Yoga with Mudra class!
It is widely acknowledged that in our fast-paced modern society, we have lost touch with nature, ancestral traditions and the natural rhythms of life, including the influence of the sun and moon. We have forgotten the importance of taking time to rest, reflect, and adjust our energy levels. To regain balance, it is recommended that we return to our roots and embrace the power of the moon.
This class includes, box breathing, a hip opening warm up, then up to 10 rounds of Moon Salutation, finishing off with a relaxing cool down, and of cours Savasana.
Please remember:
Arrive 10-15min prior to class to settle in
Please respect others arriving into the studio and remain silent if possible. We want to feel relaxed within the space.
